Mediator, educator, career advisor, coach, tutor. Researcher at the Pedagogical University in Krakow at the Institute of Educational Sciences, head of the advisory team at the Parent’s Academy at the Local Government Kindergarten No. 82 in Krakow. A graduate of the Pedagogical University, AGH University of Science and Technology and the University of Economics in Krakow. She has corporate experience in a managerial position and many years of experience in educational work. She has been dealing with mediation for over 12 years. During this time, she gained practice as a mediator in civil, family and educational matters. In her research work, she paid special attention to school and peer mediation, and in this area she implements projects in cooperation with schools and other educational institutions throughout the country. She is the initiator and organizer of projects, conferences, workshops and various types of events related to the subject of mediation, but also creativity and creativity, personal development, career, creating the future, resolving conflicts, developing social, communication, organizational, business and other competences. She is the author of many scientific and popular scientific publications in the field of mediation, coaching and other innovations in education. As a member of the Association, he takes steps to promote and develop mediation in Poland, thus expressing the belief that mediation fixes relationships and builds understanding between people.
